We charge $50 an hour per incident.

After you have setup an account with us. We set you up with an on-site support agent that will come resolve your problems, with a 4-72 hour turn around (depending on problem).

An on-site support agent will be available 99.9% of the time. Not all agents in your area will be 24 hour. Please ask about hours of tech's when setting up an account.

On-Site Contract

We charge $100 a month per computer.
We Charge $150 a month per Server.

Contracts lengths are as follows:

1 Month with a $50 contract charge and a $100 cancellation fee
6 Month with a $10 contract charge and a $175 cancellation fee
12 Month with no contract charge and a $275 cancellation fee
24 Month with no contract charge and a $750 cancellation fee
Any Contract over 2 yrs. requires a different quote.

Places with more than 50 computers and/or servers please email for special pricing.

All contracts longer than a month will require 1/2 down.
